My name is Adesia Smith, and I am a dedicated painter based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. From a young age, I developed a fervent passion for drawing that grew into a professional career during my high school years.

I specialise in acrylic paints, creating distinctive works that tell stories of healing, adventure, and reflection. My art ranges from live paintings and murals to heartfelt portraits of families, pets, and loved ones remembered. Often, these portraits feature custom backgrounds of oceans, beaches, or waterfalls, aiming to evoke a sense of serenity and travel.

In my illustrations, I uniquely incorporate black ink markers to define bold lines and add vividness to my perspectives. Travelling and experiencing various cultures are significant sources of inspiration for my artwork. Understanding that many may not have the opportunity to travel widely, I strive to bring the essence of travel into my work through emphasis on perspective, human form detailing, and light values.
